StitchStudio is led by Karan Mishra and Santoash Rajaram, long-time collaborators who had spent years working at the intersection of insurance operations, technology consulting, and scaled AI and machine learning.

The two have come together before to deliver results to the insurance industry using next-generation technologies, and bring those learnings and domain-specific experience to the table. Santoash comes with a deep technology background as an exited insurtech founder and former Apple engineer. Karan brings over 20 years of insurance experience, leading transformation initiatives across carriers, TPAs, and brokers, with deep expertise across life, health, and P&C.

The problem they set out to solve is the “last mile” in insurance: the gap between insight and execution. While systems of record and insight exist, the actual execution of work still relies on manual effort across disconnected workflows.

With the rapid advancement of AI, Karan and Santoash saw an opportunity to approach the problem differently. Instead of building another point solution, they set out to create a platform that could embed AI directly within insurance workflows.

That vision became StitchStudio.
